Welcome, Mamas, to this space set aside just for YOU over four weeks.

Rachel Ashcroft here – Mindfulness teacher and trainer, NLP practitioner, Coach and Hypnobirthing teacher.

It is such a privilege to share this time and space with you. During our time together, I will be sharing mindfulness practice, anxiety reduction techniques and hypnobirthing gems to support you during this special journey that we’re all on together.

These sessions will be held live on Zoom. Due to the ‘100 place capacity’ on Zoom, this will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The Zoom link is the same each week. Please do not share this link with anyone else. Please arrive on the call 2 or 3 minutes early.

Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions before booking so that I know you have seen the Health and Safety information.

Session one- 12th August, 7:30pm -8:30pm

Session two- 19th August, 7:30pm -8:30pm

Session three- 26th August, 7:30pm -8:30pm

Session four- 2nd September, 7:30pm – 8:30pm

ASTHMA– Whilst connecting with breath, it can sometimes be problematic for people with asthma. Please have your inhaler to hand and know your own limits.

EPILEPSY– Sometimes, during deep relaxation, a seizure can be triggered in those who have epilepsy. Please let me know via email before the session if this applies to you.

SERIOUS MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS– Please contact me ahead of time if you have any serious mental health conditions such as psychosis, so that I can advise you further. This does not include anxiety and/or depression.

PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS– If we do any movement together, this will only be brief and involve very gentle stretching. You must only ever move within your own comfort zone, being very careful not to stress or strain the body. You know your own limits and are responsible for this.
