We are so happy that you have found your way to our space of serenity, relaxation and self-care.
Join Rachel and Sue each Wednesday evening (7:00pm- 7:30pm UK time) for the ‘Mid-Week Wind Down’ as they take you on a journey of relaxation and meditation to enable you to wind-down, re-energise and ground as part of your weekly self-care routine.
Each week we will guide you through soothing and nourishing meditation practices, share a reflective thought or two and help you to re-charge your batteries – so that you’re not running on empty by the time your weekend arrives!
Sessions are bookable in blocks of 4.
Both Rachel and Sue are qualified and experienced Mindfulness Meditation teachers, accredited by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation.
We can’t wait to see you there! Feel free to bring along a cosy blanket, pillows and a space where you can fully relax and recharge.

*Whilst Mindfulness Meditation is generally a very safe practice, there are some contra-indications.

- any history of serious mental illness
- any physical limitations which you may like to make us aware us.
Sessions are suitable for anyone over the age of 18.
